Red Hill High School during the 1990s

Members of Red Hill Class of 1991 perform a musical tribute to their classmates as they sing “Wind Beneath My Wings” during the commencement ceremonies. 69 seniors graduated in 1991.

Students collected a total of 1,265 pounds of food to help make the 1991 Christmas Holiday brighter for those in the County who are in need.  Twila Thorne’s PE classes brought at least two cans of food for a total collection of 502 pounds. The competition between classes was directed by coach Bill Evans with the sophomore class collecting a total of 263 pounds. Members of the sophomore class assisted Evans and Thorne as they presented the food to the Bridgeport Delts who made up the food baskets for 24 families in the Bridgeport and Sumner area.  

1992 Bob Climer, music instructor, taught at Bridgeport 35 years before retiring in 1992. He died August 8, 1997.

1992 Red Hill graduated 83 seniors. Rob Waller and Tammy Mushrush were co- valedictorians; Faith Buchanan was the salutatorian.

1993 Red Hill graduated 63 Seniors.   Lindsi Del Leighty was valedictorian and Cheryl Ann Akers was salutatorian.

1994 Red Hill graduated 83 seniors. Paula Thonney, Jennifer Baltzell, and Genefer Brashear were valedictorians, and Carol Hawkins was salutatorian.

1995  Vandals built a fire around the Bridgeport Bulldog stone mascot at Homecoming time scorching the statue.

1997 Red Hill Marching band play in Homecoming parade with new uniforms.
