The Auction for the Festival of Trees to benefit various organizations sponsored by the Lawrence County Health Department has begun on the Parrott Auction site https://www.parrottauctions.com/auctions/32312-lchd-festival-of-trees.
The Historical Society’s tree is Lot number 29. If you enlarge the photo of the tree, you can see the handmade Victorian ornaments and battery- powered vintage candles. The reproduction postcards are ready for mailing or for use as future holiday decorations. Bidding is in $2.50 increments. If you have never bid online, Zane Parrot or someone at his business will walk you through the way to do it. It’s easy (and additive).Of course you can bid more that $2.50…….
Please support the Lawrence County Historical Society’s mission to preserve and exhibit Lawrence County history. We are all volunteers and receive no tax money. If you have ever been to the Research Library or the History Center on the Square you know that we do an awful lot of good with what money is donated! We would really appreciate your support. Bid now and bid often!!!
