This electric wall clock can be seen in our newest exhibit, Lawrence County Businesses. Black's Jewelry store was located on the north side of the Lawrenceville Square (#1113) from 1956-72. George H., Vincent Black and Mary Black were the jewelers. Gruen Company made wristwatches from 1894-1958 in Cincinnati. Thus the manufacturer date for this advertising piece is between 1956-1958.
