Miss Grace Holsen (31) and Omer Cunningham (31) were married at the Lawrenceville M E parsonage Saturday evening February 16, 1924 at 7:00 pm. The only witnesses were Miss Kate Cunningham, sister to the groom and Mrs. R. Robertson, wife of the officiating minister.

The bride is a daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. C L Holsen and for the past several years has been employed in the Lawrenceville Laundry.  The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. S N Cunningham and is associated with his father in the contracting business, having just recently completed a $12,000 bridge over Big Muddy creek north of Petrolia.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Cunningham were reared in Lukin town and have been regarded as “steady company” for twelve years.  Their marriage, while long expected, caused a ripple of surprise among their friends.  Mr. and Mrs. Cunninham are housekeeping temporarily on 18th street while their new home is being built.
